Great little sweet treats that are best served with a nip of sherry.

1 sheet puff pastry (we love Dufour)

3 passion fruits, just the pulp

1 red grapefruit, in segments

2 tablespoons sugar

1 pomegranate, just the seeds

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut out 4” circles in the puff pastry and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  3. Place a teaspoon of passion fruit in the center of each and top with two grapefruit segments. Sprinkle with a little sugar.
  4. Bake for about 10–12 minutes or until golden.
  5. Serve with some pomegranate seeds on top.
