A simple yet satisfying shrimp entree.
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon dill,
salt & pepper, to taste
1 lb rock shrimp
1 tablespoon butter
4 brioche buns
handful of watercress
4 tablespoons lemon juice
- In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and sauté them in a pan with butter.
- Cut the buns in half and add sour cream mixture and watercress.
- Pile on the shrimp and squeeze some lemon juice over the whole thing and serve.
