A simple yet satisfying shrimp entree.

Serves 4

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon dill,

finely chopped

salt & pepper, to taste

1 lb rock shrimp

1 tablespoon butter

4 brioche buns

handful of watercress

4 tablespoons lemon juice

  1. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and sauté them in a pan with butter.
  3. Cut the buns in half and add sour cream mixture and watercress.
  4. Pile on the shrimp and squeeze some lemon juice over the whole thing and serve.
