The most strawberryific salad you'll ever have!

Serves 4

1 bag of washed baby spinach
1 basket of strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
1 cup toasted pecans

  1. Divide the spinach amongst 4 plates.
  2. Slice strawberries in halves or quarters.
  3. Add strawberries, goat cheese and pecans to the spinach.
  4. Add fresh ground pepper to taste.
  5. Finish with a good drizzle of balsamic.
