I always have a bottle of this flavored olive oil in my kitchen. It's a simple way to add deep flavor to salads, pizza, soups, and just about anything
else you cook! I like to make my own flavored oils because A) it's much cheaper, and B) I know exactly what's IN the oil and I can make sure
I have exactly the flavor profile that I love!

Clean glass bottle
1 TB cracked black peppercorns
1 sprig fresh rosemary
2 sprigs fresh time
2 TB dried garlic flakes or dried minced garlic
1 or 2 dried spicy chili peppers or 1 Tsp. red pepper flakes
2 cups best quality olive oil, I like cold pressed extra virgin
- Add all of the dry ingredients to your bottle.
- Fill the bottle with your good quality oil and leave it out a day or two.
- After a couple of days the oil will be ready to use, the longer you have it the deeper the flavor will get.
- You can refill the bottle with oil as you use it and I start from scratch about once every 2 months.
