You can whip crème fraîche into a thick creamy topping. The taste is out of this world and is the perfect topping for fruit, berries, or your favorite pie!
You will need:
1 teaspoon sugar
pinch of ground cardamom
- Place the crème fraîche, sugar and cardamom in a stand mixer and beat until you get a whipped cream consistency. This goes fast so don't leave it, watch it as it goes. Will take from 45 seconds to 1 minute.
- Spoon generously over fresh fruit, berries, or your favorite pie!
