When my friends at Traditional Medicinals® asked me to incorporate three of their herbal teas into my wellness routine for a three- week period, I immediately knew that I wanted to try out theRoasted Dandelion Root tea. Mormor would use the yellow flowers to make this incredible apple and dandelion syrup that she’d bottle, and we’d use it to sweeten our tea or pour on top of ice cream and cakes in the cold winter months.

Yogurt with Warm Rosemary Berries and Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups mixed berries (I used strawberries, blackberries and blueberries)
½ cup real maple syrup
2 sprigs rosemary
20 oz Greek yogurt
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the berries.
- Cook them for 2 minutes, add maple syrup and rosemary.
- Cook until everything is warm.
- Divide the yogurt in bowls and top with the berry mixture.
- Spoon some of the liquid into each bowl.
